When you login to the video conference, here are just a few ground rules;

If you login shortly before the meeting starts, you will be placed into a waiting room when you click the meeting link. No password will be required.

If you do not have the Zoom app already installed, you will be prompted to do so. If you have time, you can sign up and familiarize yourself with the software ahead of time. It is free to create a basic account!

You can choose to join without installing the app, but your interaction might be limited to just watching and listening.

Your microphone will be muted by default upon entering the room. To unmute, click the microphone icon next to your name in the attendee list. Please silence any background noise from television, radio, YouTube, etc. If the background noise is unavoidable, you can leave your microphone muted until you have something to say to the group.
